The CLuett Peabody OCmpany has its origins in Troy, New York in 1851. As the parent company of Arrow, they became known for detachable collars before expanding into linesof shirts and other menswear. Sanford Cluett of Cluett, Peabody & OCmpany invented the sanforizing process of pre-shrinking shirts.
